SEX UP YOUR OMELETTE ?❣️??… Well what else would you do with it?
Omelette is one of my favourite ‘goto’ dishes .. ✔️quick, ✔️easy, ✔️nutritious, ✔️great source of protein and ✔️satisfying. Here are some of my top eggy tips and hacks for a fab omelette ?.

??KEEP YOUR OMELETTE FLUFFY, YELLOW & SAVE TIME.
The water content in onion, mushrooms & some veggies can make your omelette a little grey and heavy. I always chop all ingredients and then microwave them for 1 – 2 mins to extract any water (see picture) .. I heat the oil, drain off excess water and then throw in the veggies and other ingredients (garlic, ginger, chillies, onions etc) and cook for one min or until very lightly brown. This also speeds up the cooking time.

??PACK IN EXTRA GOODNESS.
I include turmeric, garlic, chilli & ginger to as many dishes as I can throughout the week. An omelette is the perfect quick ’n’ easy way to do this. I throw the garlic, ginger, chilli in with the veggies .. see note above. I add a couple of teaspoons of turmeric to eggs and whisk (I use 2 eggs in an omelette) before adding to the heat.

??ADD A CHEEKY BIT OF CHEESE
Hard cheese is a great healthy option. I love a sprinkle of Parmesan its makes dishes taste fantastic … especially fab with eggs or salads.
