How are you all? Today has been glorious in my neck of the woods ?.. How about you?  

It’s no secret … I love the sunshine and summer time (I’m an outdoors kind of a girl?) but I also love the change in season that October brings ???.  I love a snuggle up in my comfys’ … it’s a good excuse for a new coat, bag & boots ? … not to mention all of the yummy winter warming dishes that I love to prepare this time of year????.  More than all of this it’s my fav time of year to ‘UP MY FITNESS GAME’ ???.

Summer time is a really social time of year for me ?, but throughout autumn & winter there are less distractions ?and I ABSOLUTELY L?VE spending my evenings working out at home ?? and keeping nice and warm with the telly ? on in the background and a short walk up the stairs to bed ?.
