Description
This class is Pilates at it’s purest. Experience this fun and friendly mind/body session that allows for different fitness levels and experience.
You will benefit from a class that improves posture, relieves stress, improves back health and core strength along with improving muscle strength, tone, flexibility and joint mobility.
Delivered via zoom/website with numbers limited to enable me to personalise the session and correct and guide you individually throughout the hour this course is a great way of working with a lovely group within the comfort of your own home … You will also receive a link to a recording of the session at the end of the class (valid 7 days) to enable you to do the classes again any time you like. Great if for any reason you are unable to make a session or would simply prefer to attend the session in your own time.
The hour long class runs every Monday 7pm.
