 Join me for this multi level challenging session set against the backdrop of awesome 70’s classic tracks, incorporating cardio and strength moves to tone your body and burn calories.

Your workout comprises:-

25 min total body cardio and strength moves using weights.

5 min mat based core work.

Equipment:- You’ll need weights/tins and a mat/thick towel for the floor work.

This class is free for members and £4 for non members.
