Description
🙏After a fab response to recent events, I’m really delighted to invite you to my next workshop designed to give your body the ultimate reset and to try something different!
💆♀️Join me for a lovely, deeply restorative Trigger Point Pilates Release & Restoresession using trigger point massage balls and resistance bands.
What is trigger point release and why Fascia is a”Missing Link” when it comes to wellbeing and functional movement?!
If you’ve been feeling tight, stiff, or limited in your movement, tight muscles might only be part of the story.
- What is Fascia? Think of fascia as a continuous, 3D web of connective tissue wrapping around every muscle, bone, and nerve in your body. It dictates how freely you move.
- The Magic of Myofascial Release: When fascia becomes restricted from stress, repetitive movement, scar tissue or posture issues, it can act like a handbrake on usual movement patterns. By applying gentle, targeted pressure with trigger point balls, we can release deep-seated knots and tissue restriction.
- Functional Flexibility & Mobility: Stretching a tight muscle only goes so far if the surrounding fascia is restricted. Releasing the fascia aids true functional range of motion, restores fluid movement, and helps prevent injury.
It’s fab to push hard and create challenge within your usual exercise routine but also taking time to slow down and restore can also be transformational.
This 1-hour session is a invitation to try something different and acts as the perfect complement to your current/regular Pilates practice.
