Warm up using light to moderate weights. Challenge yourself and define and strengthen your whole body. Complete your workout with 5 min mat based core work to finish.

Equipment:- You’ll a weights for challenge and a mat or thick towel for the floor work. 

This class is free for Mind body, Fitness & VIP members and £4 for non members.
