You can join me live every Thursday @ 10.00am or watch back on replay and train whenever you like in your own time.

🏋️♀️ You’ll need a set of hand-weights/dumbbells for week 1. and a resistance band for week 2. onwards. Tins will also be fine and you can use this session as a guide to help you decide what weights you may want to purchase down the line 🥫😃.
