Your workout will comprise:-
🔥Basic cardio moves interspersed with hand weight and body weight resistance exercises.
💪Low and high impact options … all levels catered for you’ll need a step, hand weights or tins and a mat or towel.
💥Fifteen mins focus on abs and core at the end of your workout.
