Join me for this feel good gentle pilates session that is perfect for beginners and ideal for those who have struggled with or avoided pilates in the past because of discomfort when placing pressure on knees, wrists or elbows joints.

The whole session is adapted to enable you to strengthen from head to toe taking into account limited joint mobility or discomfort.  

The workout is mat based and designed to not only challenge muscular strength but to gently mobilise your joints at the same time.

The music selected for this session along with a relaxation component will leave you feeling chilled and floating on cloud 9.

You’ll need comfortable clothing, a mat or thick towel and a small cushion or pillow will be useful too.
