These sessions, last 15 minsβ±and you can take part live or watch back as often as you like on replay πΌ.
All youβll need for the Walkfit sessions are comfy footwear π, a clear uncluttered small space to workout πͺand waterπ§.You will be walking at your own pace.
For the 15 min express workouts youβll receive a post Sunday eve letting you know what you need for the upcoming week.
