This challenging multi level class incorporates light hand weights, a pilates ball and resistance band to create an additional strength and balance element to this traditional mat based pilates session . Experience this fun and friendly mind/body session that allows for different fitness levels and experience.

You will benefit from a class that improves posture, relieves stress, improves back health and core strength along with improving muscle strength, co-ordination, balance, muscle tone, flexibility and joint mobility.

Delivered via zoom with numbers limited to enable me to personalise the session and correct and guide you individually throughout the hour this 6 week course is a great way of working with a lovely group within the safety and comfort of your own home … You will also receive a link to a recording of the session at the end of the class (valid 7 days) to enable you to do the classes again any time you like. Great if for any reason you are unable to make a session or would simply prefer to attend the session in your own time.

The hour long class runs every Thursday 10am with the start date being 13th Jan and the cost is £36 for a 6 week course.
