Tone from head to toe whilst strengthening your core and back muscles🙏🏻. Not only this the resistance band will help you deepen and intensify your stretches.
Pilates experience is useful but not necessary for this fun uplifting session.
You’ll need comfortable clothing and a mat or thick towel for the session.
